1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to any offer made by EC-Heaters and to any distance contract concluded between EC-Heaters and the consumer.

By placing an order, the consumer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. The Offer

All offers are without obligation. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind EC-Heaters.

Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ from the actual product.

3. The Agreement

The agreement is established when the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions set forth therein.

EC-Heaters confirms the order by e-mail.

4. Prices

All prices are inclusive of VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Price changes are reserved. After placing an order, the price will not be changed.

5. Payment

Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered in the web shop.

EC-Heaters reserves the right to refuse orders in case of payment problems.

6. Delivery

Delivery will be made to the address provided by the consumer.

The delivery times given are indicative and never constitute a deadline.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Legal Required)

The consumer has the right to dissolve the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the consumer received the product.

8. Return

After revocation, the product must be returned within 14 days.

The costs of return shipment are borne by the consumer, unless otherwise agreed.

The product should be returned unused and - as far as reasonably possible - in its original condition.

9. Warranty & Legal Compliance.

EC-Heaters warrants that the products comply with the contract and with the consumer's reasonable expectations.

This does not affect the consumer's legal rights under Article 7:17 of the Civil Code (conformity).

Normal wear and tear, damage due to misuse or improper installation are not covered by the warranty.

10. Liability

EC-Heaters is only liable for direct damages caused by intent or gross negligence.

EC-Heaters is not liable for indirect damages such as consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data.

11. Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, EC-Heaters has the right to temporarily suspend the agreement or permanently terminate it without compensation.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the website, texts, images and products belong to EC-Heaters.

Use without written permission is not permitted.

13. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with the applicable privacy legislation (AVG).

14. Complaints

Complaints may be submitted in writing using the EC-Heaters email address.

EC-Heaters strives to respond to complaints within 14 days.
