Return Policy

Return and Refund Policy.

At E&C Heaters, your satisfaction comes first. We offer high-quality products and excellent customer service. Below is our standard return and refund policy, including information for customers in Austria.

Return Period

Customers may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.

Return conditions

Only unused items in their original packaging are eligible for return.

Items used, worn or damaged from normal use or misuse are not eligible for refund.

All returns must be approved by our team before being returned.

Return Process

Within 30 days of delivery, send an email with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for approval and instructions on how to return the item.

Return the product in its original packaging, including your order number and shipping name.

Return shipping costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items damaged upon receipt.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected (within 10 business days), refunds will be processed.

Please allow up to 14 business days from confirmation for refund on your original payment method.

Refunds are made in Euro (€). Customers are responsible for any charges on foreign transactions or exchange rates.

Damaged items

Please report a damaged item during shipment within 48 hours of delivery and include a clear photo.

Items damaged by normal use, wear or misuse are not eligible for return or refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement.

If cancelled within this period, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.

Other Notes

We are not responsible for shipping delays or problems due to courier or other external factors.

Lost, stolen or delayed packages are not our responsibility.
